by commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and conditions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
[1.] I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with.[2.] Clear image references must be provided, no descriptions.[3.] You may only ask for changes during the sketching process. Revisions may engage extra fees if deemed appropriate.[4.] Only color changes can be made after sketch has been approved.[5.] Please keep in mind that prices are indicated per character and may engage additional costs depending on complexity.[6.] Estimated time of delivery is 2-21 days, depending on how busy I am and the complexity of the style. Please do not rush me![7.] I will not draw the following: NSFW, full furry (animal ears are fine), mecha, gore, anything hateful/offensive.[8.] Failure to read or comply with the ToS will result in a declined commission.
PAYMENT
[1.] All payments must be sent in full or half upfront after the sketch to avoid being scammed.[2.] Payments in USD ($) via Paypal [3.] No refunds after we have agreed on the commission.[4.] If you fail to pay the invoice within 48hrs , the commission will be canceled.[5.] You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE
[1.] Do not steal, trace, alter my art nor erase my watermark.[2.] I have the rights to the artworks and can share them on any of my social media. If you wish to keep the commission private (final version or WIPs), you will be requested to pay an NDA fee to be agreed upon prior to starting the commission.[3.] If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use , the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.[4.] The minimum price increase for commercial usage is at least 2x the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.[5.] If you plan on using the illustration on social platforms you financially benefit from (e.g. patreon) or for streaming purposes (twitch, youtube, etc.), the art will be considered commercial![6.] You may repost my art as long as you credit me and only if you are the commissioner.[7.] I do not allow my art to be used to train AI and / or sold as NFT.
